Zhu Guangyao, a native of Beijing Municipality, was born in July 1953. He was Vice Minister of Ministry of Finance. Specialized in global finance and economic affairs, he had participated in preparation and implementation of dialogues since the setting-up of Sino-US Strategic Economic Dialogue, which gained him wide recognition of his contribution and influence in the global economic and finance sector.
